Here is a Quick Condo Gym Leg Workout to get off the couch and into the gym!

Warm Up: 5 minutes on the Treadmill (Speed 2.5 to 3.0 mph/Incline: 10.0 to 15.0)

Hip Thrusts: 3 Sets of 15 reps

Step Ups holding Dumbbells: 3 Sets of 15 reps per leg

Leg Curls: 3 Sets of 15 reps

Leg Extensions: 3 Sets of 15 reps

Sumo Squats with Dumbbell: 3 Sets of 15 reps
